Lapidus is a technology holding company. The Services are provided for informational purposes and may include descriptions of Lapidus, its subsidiaries, platforms, intellectual property, and governance practices.
These Terms do not govern the use of any subsidiary or platform operated by Lapidus, including Wexxle, which are subject to their own terms, policies, and agreements.
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may use the Services solely for lawful, informational, and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Lapidus.

All content made available through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Lapidus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to Lapidus intellectual property, except as expressly permitted for personal, informational use.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Lapidus makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lapidus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Lapidus’s total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Lapidus does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Lapidus may modify or discontinue the Services, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
